"Felt Like a Bait and Switch"
The support was disappointing. It felt a bit like a bait and switch because everything seemed helpful at first, but once I actually needed assistance, customer service was slow and didn’t really offer any solutions. I kept having to repeat the same question over and over, and in the end, I still didn’t get anywhere.

"Fit was just okay, not as smooth as I hoped"
I ordered this thinking it would line up better with my jack setup, but it wasn’t quite the easy fit I expected. It does work, but I had to mess with it a bit to get everything sitting right, which was annoying. Maybe that’s on me for not checking compatibility more closely, but I still wish it had been more straightforward. Not terrible, just not something I’d buy again without double-checking all the details first.

"Works Fine, If You Don’t Look Too Closely"
The jack kit seems sturdy enough and does the job, so there’s that. A few of the parts had rough edges, and the finish wasn’t exactly impressive, which is a little disappointing considering the price. It’s not terrible by any means, but I guess I was expecting it to look a bit more finished and less like quality control was having an off day. I’ll still use it, but yeah, it could definitely be better.

I did end up getting my stuff, so all good there, but yeah, the delivery took longer than I thought it would. Not a huge deal, just kind of slow.

"Good gear, just a little pricey"
It works fine and I don’t really have any major complaints. Maybe I should’ve read the details more carefully before buying, but for the price I expected a bit more to be included. Still good gear overall, just felt a little expensive for what came in the box.

"Packed well, but the box had definitely seen things"
My order showed up packed nicely, so credit where it’s due, nothing inside was damaged and the parts were wrapped well. But the box itself? Yeah, it had a few dents and scuffs like it got tossed around a bit on the way here. I know shipping can be rough, but still, it’s a little annoying when the outside looks beat up before you even open it. Overall I’m happy since everything inside was fine, just not exactly a flawless delivery experience.

"First impression: solid height and really useful"
Right out of the box, my first impression was that this had the height I was hoping for. It lifts high enough for what I need, and so far it’s been really handy to use on both my truck and trailer.

"Easy setup and the kit feels solid"
I ordered a jack kit last week after finally getting around to sorting out the garage, which I’d been putting off for way too long. The instructions were actually clear and easy to follow, so setup didn’t turn into a whole guessing game. Everything felt sturdy, the shipping went smoothly, and overall it just made the job a lot less annoying than I expected
